Public events  can and often do, take months and often years to plan. There are permits and dispensations and regulatory factors to consider.  We have the knowledge, the expertise and long standing relationships to make large events as streamlined and cost efficient as they possibly can be. 

Community events take all forms from fund raisers to concerts to interactive activities or visual displays to name a few and can range from low key events for a few hundred people to big budget events for ten thousand people.  As with all forms of event, we ensure to work to make the event fit the budget and with our core group of suppliers whom also understand this need, we aim to create an event which ticks all the boxes, and still delivers the perfect end result.

With a team of highly experienced, methodical and assertive ‘On Site Managers’ we can not only project manage the event plans through to fruition (or aspects of the event) we can manage the days activities and ensure flow, order and respect for the surrounding community are maintained.

Community events often deliver key messages to those attending:  child safety, sustainability, public awareness, youth responsibility, stay active...... but to name a few.  We work to ensure that these  messages are also followed through in the delivery of the event and through the suppliers used.  For a sustainability event, we will use zero waste, energy reduction and carbon output minimisation philosophies etc when building the event, and use suppliers whom best meet these requirements.
